Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and emergencies can arise, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to our clients. To receive a full refund, customers must cancel their session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made after the required notice period will be subject to a 50% charge. If cancellations are made within 2 hours of the scheduled start time of a booked session no refund will be issued. Exceptions to this policy may be granted in special circumstances at the discretion of the studio. If an issue does arise, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
